Annual Rental Review

Rental rates are fixed for the initial 12-month rental period.

After 12 months, rental rates are reviewed annually and adjusted by the greater of the Australian Consumer Price Index (CPI) or 2%.

Exclusions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following are excluded:

Delivery, installation, commissioning, relocation and collection.
Electrical supply and connection.
Site preparation, slabs, footings and structural works.
Building approvals, permits and compliance costs.
Installation, removal or relocation of shelving or accessories after installation.
Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, theft, vandalism, accidental damage or unauthorised modifications.
Repairs resulting from incorrect electrical supply, power surges or loss of power.
Insurance of the refrigerated room or freezer room against loss, theft, damage, fire, flood, storm and other insurable events.
Loss of stock, business interruption or consequential loss.
Cleaning, waste removal, contamination and pest damage.
